the React Native hire

Hey Anna,

Saw Fleetway is hiring two React Native developers for the new driver app. Hires like that usually take months.

We're a 14 person studio and we've shipped two driver apps this year. We could start the build now and hand it to your team once they're in.

Worth a quick chat?

Hi Tomas, do you have examples of similar apps? We could talk next Wednesday.

The bench is the most expensive thing in your studio.

A project ends, the next one isn't signed, and your developers sit on the bench. Or the opposite: three projects at once, then nothing for six weeks.

Most studios live on referrals and one or two big clients. The founder is also the lead dev, so sales only happens when delivery is quiet. By then it's too late.

We keep the pipeline moving while you ship.

First client conversations in four weeks.

We do the work. You win the projects.

1
Week 1

We learn your business

One call to understand your business and what your ideal client looks like.

2
Weeks 1 to 2

We build everything

We handle the domains, the lists and the copy. Your own company domain is never touched.

3
Weeks 2 to 3

You approve the campaign

Before anything goes out, you approve the emails and the list of people we'll contact. If it doesn't sound like you, it doesn't get sent.

4
Week 4 onward

Leads land in your inbox

Interested replies come to you with the full thread. From there, you turn them into paying clients.

Already have email addresses you've used for outreach before? We can use them, so setup is quicker and your first conversations come sooner.

What to expect
Real conversations with companies that actually have a project coming up.

Good outreach is targeting, relevance and trust.

Most cold email fails because it goes to the wrong people, with a message that could be sent to anyone, from an address that ends up in spam. We fix all three.

The right companies

Every list is built around your ideal client and checked before anything is sent: right industry, right size, a working email address.

The right person

We reach the person who decides, like the founder or a department head. Not whoever happens to be listed first.

A message worth answering

Every email is written for one person. We pull from their company website, their LinkedIn and what we know about their industry. See the difference below.

Your reputation protected

Separate sending addresses, small daily volumes, and anyone who says no is never contacted again.

Mia, the portal beta

Hi Mia,

Saw Kestrel Energy just opened a beta of its new customer portal. Getting from beta to a stable launch is usually where a small team gets stretched. We've taken two portals from beta to launch this year and could help you get there. Worth a quick chat?

A small team, based in the EU

The person who plans your campaign runs it.

A few clients at a time

We only take on as many as we can run properly. We've run campaigns for B2B teams in logistics, software, HR and real estate.

Pay nothing until you've had 3 qualified conversations.

Try us without the risk. Your first campaign is on us. If it gets you there, we keep going together. If not, we stop and you owe nothing.

What a qualified reply looks like
1
Head of Product, fintech company

"Good timing. Can we talk on Thursday?"

2
COO, logistics company

"We're looking at this right now. Send me some times."

3
Founder, health startup

"Yes, let's talk. Does next week work?"

What counts as a qualified conversation

Agreed together, in writing, before anything starts
A company that needs custom software, at a project size that matches yours
The founder, CTO or head of product
They've replied that they're interested

Is this for you?

A good fit if

You're a studio of roughly 5 to 25 people, where the founder handles new business
Most projects come from referrals or one or two big clients
A typical project is worth 10,000 EUR or more

Not a fit if

You mostly sell small fixed-price jobs or hourly work
You want thousands of emails a week. We don't do volume.

Let's see if it's a fit.

If outreach makes sense for you, we'll show you how we'd do it. If not, we'll tell you.

Questions studio founders ask first.

Something else? Email us or ask on the call.

What counts as a qualified conversation?

A decision maker at a company that fits, who replies that they're interested and has a real need. We agree the exact criteria with you in writing before we start, and the guarantee is measured against them.

Does cold outreach work for custom software?

Yes, with the right strategy and approach. Custom software is a considered purchase, so we write to the moment a company needs one: a hiring push, a new product, an ageing platform. On the first call we look at your market and tell you honestly how we'd go about it.

We tried Clutch and Upwork. How is this different?

Marketplaces put you in a price race with dozens of other studios. Outreach reaches companies before they start shopping, so you're often the only studio they're talking to.

Will this hurt our domain or our reputation?

No. We never send from your main domain. Outreach runs from separate domains set up just for it, so your everyday email is never at risk. Emails go out in small batches, the way a person would send them, and anyone who isn't interested is taken off the list straight away.

Can we exclude our clients and competitors?

Yes. Send us a list of companies to leave out, like current and past clients, partners and competitors, and they'll never hear from us.

Is cold email legal under GDPR?

Often, yes, but the rules differ by country. We follow GDPR, check your target markets before anything goes out, and don't send where cold email isn't allowed. Every email goes to business contacts only, with a clear reason to write and an easy way to opt out.

We're fully booked right now. Should we wait?

That's the best time to start. It takes about four weeks to get conversations going, so starting now fills the gap before your current projects end.

How is it priced?

It depends on your market and the scope of the campaign. Your first campaign is free, and our fee only starts after it if you've had 3 qualified conversations. After the first call you get a clear quote before any work starts.
